ICOE Pet Products' return policy is specifically designed for our custom-made furniture. Since each item is uniquely created for the customer, we cannot accept returns. Nonetheless, if there is a problem with your order, we are dedicated to offering support. Please contact us with any issues. In the event of an error on our part, such as delivering the wrong color or any other custom-related issues, we will assume full responsibility, and the item will be returnable.
